These pin badges have been made to help develop pride in our nurodiversity as well as being a non verbal sign for others. 
Great to wear in new situations. 
Perhaps the class teacher and teaching assistants knows when a student has autism but do the dinner supervisor's, care takers, receptionist etc all these care givers may be able to assist in a more appropriate way if they are aware. 
Do you attend collage/work and want to show other nurodiverse peers you understand or perhaps help them to understand you a little better. 
Or are you just proud and happy to unmask to the world and announce " I am Autistic"
